Safety Control Panels

Stay Compliant with ISS Safety Control Panels.

All ISS Safety control panels are built, and certified against BS EN ISO 13849-1: Safety of machinery - Safety related parts of control systems - part 1: General principles for design. We also use the IEC 62061: Safety of machinery - Functional safety of safety-related control systems Standard in order to correctly assemble our electrical control systems and ensure that the systems provide fault tolerance and redundancy should a component fail (fail-safe). See our range of control panels below.

A control panel is the electrical heart which makes a machine work. Control panels are necessary when adding electrical devices to equipment because some machines don’t have the capability to have these devices successfully or correctly installed as they exist currently.
At ISS Safety, we advise that if safety systems are being upgraded on existing machinery, or added to a new machine, best engineering practices are followed. This procedure involves following current Standards in building and installing these safety systems so your machinery is compliant with Regulations.
