HSV-R Handwheel Operated
The HSV-R multi-rotation valve interlock kit is suitable for all types and sizes of handwheel-operated gate, globe, and gearbox valves. A replacement handwheel matching the size of the original is supplied. The valve can be operated only when both linear keys are inserted into the lock. When the valve reaches the fully open or fully closed position, one of the keys can be released, securing the valve in that position.

HSV-Q Lever Operated
The HSV-Q valve interlock kit for lever-operated valves can be installed on any type and size of valve with a 90° or 180° operation, including ball, butterfly, and plug valves. A replacement lever matching the size of the original is supplied. The valve can be operated only when both linear keys are inserted into the lock. When the valve reaches the fully open or fully closed position, one of the keys can be released, locking the valve in that position.

HSV-CL Door Access Interlock
The HSV-CL door access interlock is a safety device designed to work seamlessly with the HSV valve interlock system key. It provides controlled, safe access to cabinet doors and pig launcher or receiver closure doors, ensuring compliance with critical process safety procedures. Pig launching and receiving are recognised as high-risk pipeline operations and represent a major process safety hazard. During pig trap loading or unloading, several serious hazards may occur, including: Opening the trap door while the vessel is still pressurised or “on-stream” Attempting to pass a pig through a partially open outlet valve Release of H₂S or other hazardous gases to atmosphere Integrating a valve interlock system across the main isolating valves, kicker, vent, drain, and purge valves, together with the vessel closure door, ensures complete operational safety and prevents these hazards from taking place. The HSV-CL closure lock forms a key part of this interlocking sequence. It ensures all isolating valves are closed and the vessel is fully vented and drained before the closure door can be opened. Because every closure design is different, HSV-CL locks are custom-engineered to fit each specific type and size of pig trap or closure. The underlying safety principle remains constant: opening a closure requires removal of a bleed-bolt. The HSV-CL prevents bleed-bolt removal and therefore prevents the closure from being opened. Only insertion of the uniquely coded linear key unlocks the mechanism, releasing the bleed-bolt and allowing the closure door to be safely opened.

ISS Safety Valve Extension
The ISS Safety Valve Extension Piece provides safe and convenient remote operation of valves located in elevated, buried, or obstructed positions, and is suitable for all types and sizes of manually operated gate, globe, ball, butterfly, plug, gearbox, and lever-operated valves. Each extension is custom designed to suit the valve type, stem configuration, and installation environment, using fixed or adjustable shafts, solid or tubular designs, and optional brackets or joints. The extension transfers operating torque efficiently to ensure full and accurate valve control and can be integrated with Haake valve interlock systems for safety-critical applications.

HSV-X Key Exchange Box
The HSV Key Exchange Box is an essential component of valve interlock safety systems, designed to trap and release keys in a predetermined sequence to ensure secure and reliable process control. Configurable for both upstream and downstream operation, it supports bi-directional control and is ideal for complex interlocking applications, including non-linear key exchange sequences. By providing precise coordination within the interlocking system, the HSV Key Exchange Box enhances process safety compliance, improves operational efficiency, and ensures that critical valve operations are carried out safely and accurately in industrial environments.

HSV-SCU Key Selector Unit
The HSV SCU Key Selector Unit is a mechanical programmed key exchange device that enables the controlled release of valve interlocking coded operating keys in a stepped sequence by rotating the selector to the required key release position. Specifically designed for non-linear key exchange applications, such as pig launching and receiving systems, the SCU ensures the correct key exchange sequence is maintained to support process safety compliance and safe operational workflow. By integrating seamlessly with HSV valve interlock systems, the SCU Key Selector Unit provides reliable, precise, and coordinated control over critical valve operations in complex industrial environments.

HSV-AV Actuator Valve
Actuators are commonly used to control the opening and closing of valves in both local and remote applications, powered by electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic sources. When integrating actuated valves into HSV valve interlock systems, it is essential to control the power supply, verify the valve position, and allow manual operation if required, for example on main trap valves in pigging systems. This can be achieved using key exchange units, key switch units, or hand wheel operated valves from the HSV interlocking range. Designed for demanding industrial environments, these actuated valve control solutions are greased for life and resistant to ingress of sand, dirt, snow, ice, and moisture, ensuring reliable performance and process safety compliance in complex interlocking applications.

HSV-KC Key Cabinet
The HSV-KC Key Cabinet is designed to improve the control and management of valve interlocking keys on site by securely storing them in dedicated, hard-coded slots that prevent incorrect key insertion. Each slot is colour-coded and engraved with the key tag number for easy identification, while the glass front allows operators to quickly view the operational status of valves within the interlock system. Available in a range of sizes to accommodate 1 to 144 system keys or spares, the HSV-KC Key Cabinet can be custom-built and fitted with mimic diagrams reflecting P&ID valve details, or equipped with optional electrical switches to provide status information. With its glassed door and durable powder-coated resin finish suitable for marine and harsh industrial environments, the cabinet enhances process safety compliance, improves valve interlock system management, and ensures efficient, reliable control of critical keys.
